  • Item Condition: The jewelry item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) must be provided.
  • Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized or personalized items, including engraved pieces, unless there is a defect in manufacturing.

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details (order number, item name, and reason for return or exchange).
  3. We will guide you through the return process and send you a return shipping label, if applicable.
  4. Pack the item securely, along with all original packaging and tags, and ship it back to us.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the item is approved for a return:

  • Refund Method: The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to be credited in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may provide a partial refund if the item shows signs of use or damage.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

We may require photos or other documentation to verify the defect or damage.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can still follow the return process outlined above.

7. Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping delivery time is 5 – 7 days.

8. Defective or Damaged Product

Exchange/replacement will be provided/accepted within 14 business days.
